Caroline McCarthy

Caroline McCarthy Pompizzi is currently the Deputy Head of Business at Enova International and serves as a Board Member for March For Our Lives. As a Limited Partner at LongJump and former Chief of Staff at Treasure Financial, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in leadership and advisory roles, including positions at Starday Foods and co-founding One, where Caroline served as Senior Director & Head of Growth. Previous experience includes roles at Civis Analytics in Product & Digital Marketing, Slack as Performance Marketing Lead, and Google in Accelerated Growth Strategy. Caroline holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University and has earlier education from Dartmouth College and North Shore Country Day School.
