Daniel Paul, MBA, is an experienced real estate professional specializing in property acquisition and management. Currently serving as Head of Property and Head of Strategic Acquisitions at Longmark Group since March 2022, Daniel has previously held key positions, including Team Lead/Manager of Negotiations at Entera and Acquisitions Manager at Progress Residential®, where oversight included managing substantial investment deployments and relationships with brokers. Daniel's background also includes ownership and brokerage of single-family homes at Reliance Realty, LLC, where notable achievements include brokering multiple rental assets and contributing to the establishment of acquisitions practices at Invitation Homes.
