Kimberly Streeter

Director of Research at Longpath

Kimberly Streeter has worked across myriad disciplines, practices, and areas of study, including somatic psychology, integrative/functional medicine, contemplative sciences, critical race theory, complex adaptive systems, ecology of mind, mindfulness-based interventions, and transformative studies. Most recently, she drew from her 15 years of professional experience in the birth field to develop Cultural Midwifery, a theory to help ease the transition of individuals, communities, organizations, and social institutions through the uncertainties of Postnormal Times. Kimberly holds a Ph.D. in Transformative Studies, an M.L.A. in Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts, and a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies. She also serves on the Governing Board of the Mindful Birthing and Parenting Foundation.
