Fausto Scarpim

Fausto Scarpim has over 14 years of experience in seed production and technology, having worked extensively in quality control for 9 years prior to their current role. They served as a Technical Responsible for Seed Analysis Labs and later transitioned to the Field Production Team at LongPing High-Tech, where they have been the Regional Field Production Manager since 2020. Fausto is skilled in team leadership, root cause investigations, and establishing quality processes, and holds certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 17025 Lead Auditor. They earned a specialization in Seed Science and Technology from Universidade Federal de Pelotas in 2013.
