Chance Wayne

Chance Wayne is a seasoned logistics specialist currently employed at Longship since January 2022. Prior to this role, Chance gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry, working as a bartender and bar back at Two Keys Tavern from March 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included serving drinks, managing inventory via advanced POS systems, and ensuring a safe environment as a security guard. Additionally, Chance contributed to the National Archery in the Schools Program Inc. as an assistant team manager, coaching Team USA at a prestigious tournament in Canada, and previously served as a summer intern, gaining valuable insights in archery instruction and event management. Chance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Eastern Kentucky University, completed between 2017 and 2020.
