With a background in gerontology and senior living, Paul has held various executive positions in organizations such as LECESSE Construction Services, Lathrop Community, Inc., and Friendly Senior Living. Paul also has experience in quality assurance and administration at Maple Knoll Village. Paul holds a Master's degree in Gerontology with an emphasis in Long-term Care Administration from Miami University and a Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology from St. John Fisher University.
