Toby Hedgeland

Toby Hedgeland is a seasoned professional in product management and commercial strategy, currently serving as a Senior Commercial Manager at Lonsec since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Product and Delivery at AgriProve, where Toby contributed to pioneering carbon farming in Australia, and Senior Manager of Product Management at Insignia Financial, overseeing a team managing a substantial portfolio of superannuation products for over 700,000 members. Additional experience spans senior product management positions at AMP and ANZ, along with a co-founding role at The Fountains Olives. Toby holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science and Commerce from the University of Melbourne, as well as an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional.
