LooCafé is transforming public sanitation across India through innovation, technology, and social impact. We design, build, maintain, and scale some of the world's most advanced public toilet infrastructure through our flagship "LooCafe" model—a revolutionary concept combining luxury public washrooms with café spaces.
Founded on the vision of creating public washrooms that people can use without hesitation, LooCafé has grown from a novel concept to a movement reshaping urban hygiene standards. Our facilities are empowered with cutting-edge operations technology, IoT integration, and reinvented toilet designs that prioritize cleanliness, sustainability, and user experience.
Currently operating in over 8 states with ambitious expansion plans for 500 new units, we're establishing ourselves as frontrunners in the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sector. Our innovation has earned us multiple recognitions, including two CII Awards, and acknowledgments from prestigious organizations such as UNDP, the Gates Foundation, the British Council, and the Swachh Bharat Mission.
Beyond providing essential sanitation services, LooCafé creates economic opportunities by turning street hawkers into toilet entrepreneurs and fostering small businesses around our facilities. This approach supports urban development, promotes cleantech solutions, and contributes to the circular economy.
We're backed by the Ixora Group, a parent company with over 2,500 employees across 900+ sites, providing us with robust operational support and industry expertise. Our leadership team brings 20+ years of experience from diverse fields—including Oxford neuroscience researchers—who are collectively shaping the future of public sanitation through multidisciplinary approaches.
At LooCafé, we're not just building toilets; we're creating hygiene ecosystems that elevate community standards while delivering measurable progress.
