James Herbert currently serves as an Ambassador at [M]ENable since February 2021 and has been a Cyber Security Apprentice and Customer Advisor at Lookers plc since February 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Service Advisor at Perrys Motor Sales Ltd from October 2016 to February 2018 and as a Senior Customer Service Advisor at Lookers plc from August 2008 to October 2016. James is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security at Northumbria University, expected to graduate in December 2026, and holds a degree in Light Vehicle Maintenance from Blackpool and The Fylde College, completed in July 2011.
