EXECUTION - In addition to having a great strategic plan, executing on that plan is equally important. A Project Management Office (PMO) will help improve project success, mature processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve staffing capabilities. This is accomplished by establishing standards and responsibilities to ensure projects, programs, and portfolios are managed in a repeatable, standardized way.

LGC also has a project management offering to help credit unions execute on their strategies.  An experienced Project Manager (PM) will be assigned to the credit union to deliver strategic value by improving project success, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing communication around projects.
