LookingForSpace.com is the national marketplace where law firms with available offices connect directly with attorneys who need professional workspace.

Founded in 2011 by Neal Lerner — a Manhattan tenant representation broker with 35+ years of experience — the platform was built for a segment of the market that traditional real estate firms consistently overlook: individual offices within established law firms.

How it works:
Law firms with available offices list them on LookingForSpace.com for $25/month with a money-back guarantee. Attorneys seeking space browse listings and connect with host firms directly. When a placement is made, the host firm pays a one-time success fee. All connections are principals-only — direct and private.

Over 350 placements completed nationally across New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, and other major markets.

The platform is designed around how legal professionals actually make office space decisions: privately, on their own terms, with full control over the process.
