Lookitup AB is founded by Josephine Dour and Hanna Dlociok, a pair of agency-trained and highly experienced SEM consultants. 

By a leap of faith we were assigned desks next to each other years ago and we connected instantly over SEM optimizations and life in general. We are two hard working friends with a talent for multitasking and building long-lasting client relationships. Josephine is a natural project leader who brings process, order and efficiency in every assignment and Hanna is a natural problem solver and strategist with love for all the latest in the industry. Together we make a dynamic SEM duo.

Having worked with SEM for over a decade, Josephine and Hanna decided to take charge of their careers and started their own consultancy to offer clients bespoke agency solutions with that personal touch that often gets missed in the traditional agency environment. Lookitup also help agencies and in-house teams with SEM knowledge and hands-on skills. 

Over the years,  we have demonstrated a proven track record of using Google & Microsoft products to grow business and revenue. We have also learned that solid process and strategy is as important as innovation, and relationship with our clients, trust and curiosity cannot be automated.
