James Burd

James Burd has over 20 years of experience in information technology, specializing in infrastructure architecture and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Infrastructure Architect at Loomis since September 2010, James captures business requirements to create detailed technical designs and oversees production, disaster recovery, and development environments to meet company standards. Previous roles include Systems Engineer at Cimarron, where James supported NASA's ISS, and Enterprise Systems Engineer at Loomis, focusing on VMware cluster architecture. Earlier experience also includes positions as Network Administrator at Dashiell Corp/Quanta and Systems Administrator at Imagitek, along with technical support roles at UTMB\Atos Origin and the US Navy. James holds an AAS in Computer Science from College of the Mainland.
