OMAR BRAVO

Omar Bravo is an experienced general manager currently leading operations at Loomis since 2025. They have held several key culinary roles, including Head Chef at Giuliano’s and Executive Catering Chef at Paramount Pictures, where they managed large-scale catering events and kitchen teams. Omar also served as a Fitness Director at Bally Total Fitness and was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force, where they worked as a Firefighter/EMT. They completed their culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and hold a degree in Fire Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
