Stefan Brutsche

Stefan Brutsche serves as the CIO and Head of IT at Loomis since April 2019, overseeing the IT department and leading teams in IT Security, IT Infrastructure, IT Service Center, and IT Business Applications, with a focus on business enabling and IT security within the banking and retail sectors. Previous roles include Head of IT Business Applications, Deputy Head of IT, and Head of IT Infrastructure & Security (CISO) at Loomis, alongside experience as IT System Engineer at Knespl-IT AG, IT Supporter at UPGREAT AG, ICT System Technician at Swisspro SR SA, Telecommunications Specialist at Jakob Kowner AG, and an apprenticeship as an electrician at E. Kessler AG. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, a diploma in IT Services Engineering from TBZ Technische Berufsschule Zürich, a CCNA certification, and ITIL® Foundation training.
