Libby Leahy

Libby Leahy has a diverse work experience in communications, spanning various roles and companies. Libby began their career as a Communications Executive at MySpace & IGN Entertainment in 2007, where they worked until 2010. Libby then transitioned to Australian Volunteers International as a Communications Officer from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, Libby joined Google as a Communications Manager, where they stayed until 2016. At Google, they gained experience and expertise in communications. Libby then moved to X, the moonshot factory in 2016. Libby held multiple roles at X, including Communications Manager for Project Loon and X, Head of Communications, and, currently, Director of Communications. Through their progressive roles and experience at X, Libby has developed a strong foundation in leadership and strategic communications.

Libby Leahy attended the University of Sydney from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communications.
