Decisions shape every business. But better decisions rarely begin with better answers. They begin with better questions.

At LOOOP, we help organizations understand their challenges before deciding how to solve them.

Because what appears to be a technology problem is often a decision problem.

What looks like a design problem is frequently a problem of perception.

And what seems like a lack of innovation is often a lack of clarity.

This belief has guided our work for more than two decades across organizations such as Cargill, Vale, TV Globo, FecomercioSP, Electrolux, Daikin and many others.

Our role isn't to bring ready-made answers.

It's to help leaders see what wasn't yet visible.

Only then do products, services, platforms, processes and technology become meaningful decisions instead of isolated initiatives.

Our work follows a simple sequence:

Perception → Understanding → Decision → Solution → Impact.

Everything we do—from strategic design and digital products to Design Systems and AI-powered decision support—exists to strengthen that sequence.

Our belief can be summarized in one sentence:

We don't transform businesses. We transform how they understand their own challenges. Everything else is a consequence.

If your organization is facing growth, complexity or transformation, perhaps the next step isn't another solution.

Perhaps it's a better understanding of the problem.

Our Impact:

• Efficiency: +70% gain in prototyping speed for AgTech leaders.

• Profitability: US$ 5M/month saved in healthcare platform operations (UHG/Amil).

• Performance: 92% performance increase in high-traffic institutional portals (TV Globo).
