Drew Lear is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Loop Capital since October 2025, previous roles include Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Associated Bank, and Senior Corporate Banker at Capital One, where a diversified portfolio of large corporates was managed. Drew also held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Vice President in Global Commercial Banking and was instrumental in the development of the Commercial Associate Program.
