Loop Consulting Group partners with founders, CEOs and executive teams to drive people, performance, and navigate profitable growth.

We are a boutique Australian management consulting firm founded by two former C-suite executives with over 40 years of combined experience building, scaling and transforming businesses from the inside.

Troy served as Chief People Officer across infrastructure, construction, higher education, government and technology, leading large-scale organisational design and workforce transformation. Daniel served as CEO across financial services, lending and distribution, leading a national business of 220+ business owners.

Different industries. Different disciplines. Same problem: businesses with strong ambition and capable people, held back because of the way they operated hadn’t kept pace with their growth.

Loop exists to close that gap. We work across three core capabilities:

1. Business Value Strategies - Aligning leadership on how value is created, captured and protected.

2. Operating Model Design - Redesigning structure, governance, processes and accountability so the business can execute its strategy.

3. Executive Advisory - Fractional C-suite capability and ongoing strategic counsel for leaders who want a trusted partner, not a passive adviser.

Our proprietary OP3 Methodology™ - Process, People and Performance provides the framework. Every engagement is led by us personally. We embed alongside your leadership team, focused on practical outcomes that stick long after we leave the room.

Operators, not consultants. Implementation, not just advice.
