Max Bloemen currently serves as the Manager of CX & Insights at Loop Earplugs, where responsibilities include leading customer insights strategy, championing analytics and AI-driven initiatives, and translating insights into strategic actions for product and marketing teams. Prior to this, Max held the position of Customer Experience & Insights Manager at Lynk & Co, overseeing a team that enabled customer centricity and measured CX performance. Max's experience also includes roles as Product Owner CX at FedEx, Senior CX Strategist at ING Nederland, and Marketing Communications Lead at Appart. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Communication & Digital Media from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Media & Entertainment Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
