Paul Scheid

Paul Scheid has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paul is currently working as a Software Engineer at Loop since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Flexport from April 2019 to June 2022, serving as a Senior Software Engineer and later as a Software Engineer II. At Flexport, they played a significant role in the company's Consolidations team, integrating a data science assignment engine and building an air consolidation planning tool.

Before Flexport, Paul worked at Wolverine Trading as a Software Engineer from July 2016 to March 2019. Paul also served as a Software Engineer Intern at Wolverine Trading from June 2015 to August 2015. Additionally, Paul was a Non-Executive Board Member at CiviWiki from January 2016 to January 2019, where they advised on the technology development of an online political communications system.

Looking back, Paul's career started at Washington University in St. Louis in 2013, where they held various roles. Paul conducted research in Mixed-Criticality Cache Replacement Policy and Garbage Collection from May 2014 to May 2016.
