Mark Petrov is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a strong background in capital markets, strategic initiatives, and team building. As the Founder and CEO of Xtreme Blockchain Labs, Mark led the company until its acquisition by Kognitiv in 2019. Mark has held various roles in financial services including Head of Capital Markets at Loop Financial and Kognitiv Corporation, as well as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at G3 Capital Corp. Mark's previous experience includes positions in quantitative research and trading, equity trading, business architecture, and portfolio analysis. Mark holds a degree in Mathematics with a focus on Financial Analysis and Risk Management from the University of Waterloo. Currently serving as COO/CFO at Key, Mark contributes to the company's mission of making homeownership accessible for Canadians.
