Swetha T

Swetha T has a diverse range of work experience. Swetha started their career as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 2010, followed by a Summer Internship at Goldman Sachs in 2011. After completing their degree, they joined Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in 2012. Swetha then worked as a Finance Intern at Cipla Ltd. in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Urban Ladder in various finance roles, including Manager, Finance (FP&A) and Strategy, and Associate Manager - Finance (FP&A), Corporate Finance. In 2018, they joined OYO and served as a Senior Manager and Head of FP&A for OYO South East Asia and Middle East. Swetha later became the Director of Finance and AVP of Finance for OYO Vacation Homes in Europe. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Finance - Controllership and FP&A at Loop since 2023.

Swetha T completed their education from various institutions in a chronological manner. Swetha first attended Jawahar Higher Secondary School from 1997 to 2006, where they obtained their SSC degree. After that, they pursued their HSC degree at Maharishi Vidya Mandir in Chennai from 2006 to 2008. Swetha then moved on to the Birla Institute of Technology in Mesra, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science between 2008 and 2012. Later, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow from 2013 to 2015, where they achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, Marketing, and Systems.

Furthermore, Swetha T also obtained various certifications. Swetha completed CFA Level 2 from the CFA Institute in June 2015. Additionally, they became an NCFM Certified Professional in Derivatives market (Dealers) from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in an unspecified year. Lastly, they acquired the Academic Associate certification in DB2 database and application fundamentals from IBM in 2010.
