Nicolas Lafond

Nicolas Lafond's work experience begins in 2011, where they worked as a Sales Representative at Nautilus Plus until April 2013. In 2013, they interned at Richter for three months. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Junior Auditor at Richter, and then as an Associate in Canadian Taxation and Transfer Pricing until January 2017. Nicolas then joined Loop Industries in May 2017 as a Financial Analyst, eventually becoming a Senior Financial Analyst in October 2018. Nicolas was promoted to Director of Finance in May 2020 and served in that role until their appointment as Interim Chief Financial Officer from January 2023 to April 2023.

Nicolas Lafond completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting at HEC Montréal from 2011 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued further education in the field of accounting and obtained a D.E.S.S. CPA - Comptabilité Publique (a diploma in public accounting) from HEC Montréal, which they completed in 2015.
