Greg Davies is a Senior Pre-Construction Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, including a decade as a Quantity Surveyor. With six years in Main Contractor Design & Build and four years as a client-side PQS, they possess a strong background in preconstruction activities, emphasizing effective planning and cost management. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Currently, they are enhancing project delivery and managing costs at Loop Interiors, drawing from their comprehensive understanding of both contractor and client perspectives.
