Alex Rance is a leadership consultant, author, and educator who transitioned from a successful career as a professional Australian rules footballer with the Richmond Football Club to focus on cultural and leadership development. Over their 200-game AFL career from 2007 to 2019, Alex earned numerous accolades, including 5 All-Australian selections and a premiership win in 2017. Following retirement, Alex co-founded an alternative learning institution and authored best-selling children's books that highlight the importance of teamwork and resilience. Currently, Alex serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Loop Logics and as a Culture and Leadership Consultant for several organizations, including the Gold Coast Suns, while continuing to influence teams and promote high performance.
