James Williams

James Williams has extensive experience in recruiting and operational leadership roles at LOOP, serving as Vice President and Director of Operations since August 2017. Responsibilities include providing operational oversight for staffing functions, supporting the training and development of employees, and collaborating on business development initiatives. In past roles, Williams has successfully managed recruiting teams, created financial models, and implemented process improvements while achieving sustained revenue growth. Transitioning to LOOP Consulting in January 2025 as Vice President of Communications, focus is on leading communication strategies to enhance Workday users' experience. Academically, Williams is pursuing an MBA at Emory University, and holds a BA in Public Relations from the University of Georgia.
