Sarah Hays

Sarah Hays has had an extensive career in sales and marketing. In 2012, they were a student-athlete at IPFW. In 2016, they began working at Stryker as an Associate Sales Representative, then as a Sales Support Representative and finally as a Sales Account Manager - Emergency Care. In 2020 they moved to Globus Medical as a Trauma Sales Specialist. In 2021 they joined Smith & Nephew as a Sports Medicine Territory Manager, and in 2022 they became the Director of Sales and Marketing at Loop Software & Testing Services.

Sarah Hays received their high school diploma from Portage Central in 2012. Sarah then attended Western Michigan University that same year, but did not receive a degree. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Purdue University Fort Wayne and earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Business. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business and received both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Business Administration - MBA.
