Matthew Young has extensive work experience in customer service and operations roles. Matthew worked at Loop Software as a Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, they were employed at Laithwaites Wine for nearly a decade, where they held various positions including Corporate Gifts Campaign Team Manager, Quality Assurance Tester, Corporate Gifts Team Leader, Customer Service Team Leader, Senior Customer Service Support Advisor, and Customer Service Support Advisor. At Brew Republic, they served as the Customer Service and Operations Manager, playing a key role in launching a beer club and managing customer service contacts for a customer base of 1,000.

Matthew Young attended Crickhowell High School from 1999 to 2004, where they completed their GCSE. Following that, they enrolled in Grŵp Colegau NPTC Group of Colleges from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Sport & Exercise Sciences. Finally, Matthew pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise at the University of Gloucestershire from 2006 to 2009.
