Matt Hardman

Matt Hardman is currently the Global Head of Sales at Loop Technology, where they focus on automating manufacturing processes. With 13 years of experience in designing, developing, building, testing, and installing machines for the automated manufacture and assembly of aircraft and composites, they previously held several roles at the National Composites Centre, including Advanced Research Engineer and Principal Research Engineer. Prior to that, Matt worked as a Design Engineer at Cygnet Texkimp and served as a Mechanical Engineer at Electroimpact, where they led teams in creating tooling for major aircraft programs. Matt earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering with Industrial Placement from The University of Manchester.
