Michelle Welch

Michelle (Mulajma) Welch is an experienced project engineer currently working at Loop Technology Ltd since September 2023. Previously, Michelle held the position of project lead at James Fisher Nuclear Limited from August 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supporting projects from planning through to completion, as well as developing project schedules and risk registers. Michelle has a solid background in project planning and management, having also worked as a project planner at James Fisher Nuclear Limited and as product validation lead at James Fisher Prolec. Earlier roles include positions as test lead and test analyst at New Look, and as an IT support technician for the Citizens Advice Bureau. Michelle holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Management from The Open University and an undergraduate degree in General Mechanical Engineering from Univerzitet u Zenici.
