Shira Grife has over seven years of professional experience. In 2020, they began working as a Market Growth Manager for Loop & Tie. Previously, they were a Music & Comedy Sales for Patron Technology from 2019 to 2020. From 2015 to 2019, they held various roles at Front Gate Tickets, including Sponsorship Development Manager, Manager of Partner Activations, and Executive Assistant. Shira was an Administrative & Resource Manager at Brooklyn Bowl from 2014 to 2015 and an Executive Assistant at Relix Magazine from 2013 to 2014.

Shira Grife received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University in 2014. Shira is currently enrolled at Temple University, studying Business/Managerial Economics.
