Zachary Shuster

Zachary Shuster has worked in various roles since 2010. In 2010, they started as a Program Assistant at Smile Train, where they managed patient records and USA Cleft Team program. Zachary then moved up to Program Manager in the same company, where they worked with the Medical Advisory Board to design processes and implement medical programs mandates. In 2017, they were a Global Sales and Business Development Intern at Gunpowder & Sky and an MBA Intern at Mass Appeal. In 2018, they became a Product Manager at Amper Music, Inc., where they conducted user interviews, defined features through requirement docs and wireframes, and outlined user onboarding and payment processes. In 2020, they joined Loop & Tie as Director of Product and Product Manager.

Zachary Shuster attended Punahou School from 1992 to 2005. Zachary then went on to McGill University, where they earned a B.A. in Political Science from 2005 to 2009. After that, they attended Columbia Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Media, Technology from 2016 to 2018.
