Brian Short

Brian Short is an experienced Services Delivery Manager at Loop1 since December 2020, leading customer relationships and service delivery for SolarWinds ITOM professional and managed services. Previously, Brian held various leadership roles at Cisco from April 2005 to November 2020, including Global Leader for Service Request Fulfillment, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations across regions, enhancing service delivery, and supporting onboarding for new customers. Earlier roles at Cisco involved significant contributions to change management, knowledge management, and technical support. Brian began a career at Getronics as a Customer Engineer, focusing on troubleshooting complex network issues. Brian holds a degree in Communication Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
