Mike Osborn

Mike Osborn is an experienced SolarWinds Engineer at Loop1 since February 2023, with a robust background in technical support and application engineering gained during over a decade at SolarWinds. Throughout the career, Mike has served as a subject matter expert, providing high-tier customer service and troubleshooting complex product issues while mentoring and training team members. Previous roles include IT Consultant at Webcore Technologies and Account Manager at Rabbit Healthcare Systems, in addition to several technical support positions at companies such as Winternals Software, Dell, and IBM. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 2002.
