Poorna Upendra is an IT Service Delivery Analyst at Loop1 since May 2023. Previously worked as an Information Technology Associate at CWIT from February 2022 to April 2023, focusing on troubleshooting O365-related and Azure issues, as well as problems in exchange servers. Earlier experience includes a role as a Trainee Network Administrator at SK International Holdings and Network Solution Company (Pvt) Ltd from August 2021 to January 2022. Poorna Upendra holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) in Networking and Mobile Computing from Horizon Campus, earned in June 2022, and completed O/Ls and A/Ls at Carey College - Colombo 08.
