Neil Smiley is the founder and CEO of Loopback Analytics. Neil started Loopback Analytics after serving for 12 years as the founder and CEO of Phytel, a provider-led population health improvement company that grew to serve more than 30 million patients before it was acquired by IBM as part of the launch of Watson Health in 2015.
