Antony Thompson

Antony Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Antony is currently the Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of Loopin, a company focused on empowering managers with real-time actionable data. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Loopin for 2.5 years, where they led the strategic vision of the company and managed financial operations.

Before Loopin, Antony co-founded Vanguard Global Solutions, where they worked as a Management Consultant. Antony played a key role in driving tangible outcomes for SMBs and large corporations by delivering people strategies and coaching programs. In addition, they led the delivery of a 2020 HSBC People Strategy to over 4000 members of its bank.

Antony also worked as a Senior Consultant at IMD Group Ltd, where they gained valuable experience in consulting. Additionally, they served as a Management Consultant at Capita Transformation, where they implemented data infrastructure solutions and drove positive cultural change in a challenging organization.

Earlier in their career, Antony served in the Royal Marines, where they held multiple roles including RM Young Officer, Combat Intelligence Analyst, and part of the RM Display Team. Antony demonstrated strong leadership, initiative, and integrity during their tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Antony's work experience also includes a role as an Assistant Planner at Laing O'Rourke, where they successfully worked on a £250 million project, managing analysis and planning using project management software.

Throughout their career, Antony has showcased their ability to lead teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver tangible results.

Antony Thompson has a diverse education history. Antony began their education in 1999 at Thorpe St Andrew School, where they studied until 2005. It is unknown whether they obtained any degree or field of study during this time.

In 2007, Antony enrolled at CTCRM and pursued a Foundation degree in Military Intelligence, General. Antony completed this program in 2016, obtaining a degree in this field.

In 2015, Antony entered Staffordshire University, where they studied Intelligence and International Relations. Antony pursued their Bachelor's Degree in this field until 2017.

During 2016, Antony attended Quanta and obtained two qualifications in Project Management: PRINCE 2 Foundation and Management of Risk.

In 2017, Antony pursued further qualification in Project Management through APM and successfully completed the Association of Project Managers qualification.
