Andréa Crofts is an accomplished design and research professional with extensive experience across leading technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design and Research at Loopio, Andréa manages a team of 10 and drives the core product strategy while advocating for customer needs and human-centered artificial intelligence. Prior roles include Senior Design Lead at MetaLab, where Andréa mentored designers and optimized design workflows, and Director of Design at League Inc., where a significant expansion of the design team and impactful product strategies were achieved. Andréa is also a founding member of Hexagon UX's Toronto chapter, promoting inclusivity and mentorship within the UX community.
