Ariana Rodriguez Mora

Ariana Rodriguez Mora is a Design Lead at Loopio and a Design and DesignOps Mentor at ADPList. They have extensive experience in design strategy and operations, having previously launched and established the DesignOps practice at TWG, where they led design research and strategy projects for prominent Canadian brands. Ariana has also served as a mentor, helping over 100 individuals enhance their design and communication skills. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where they also held leadership positions in the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. Ariana is dedicated to fostering creativity and efficiency within design teams through structured processes and user-centric approaches.
