Brett Reid

Brett Reid possesses extensive experience in customer success and account management within the technology and floral industries. Since January 2018, Brett has held various roles at Loopio, culminating in the position of Principal Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Brett worked as an Account Manager at Randstad Canada, where a focus on client and candidate engagement facilitated meaningful connections. Additionally, Brett served as Regional Manager/Sales Manager at Sierra Flower Trading, where contributions included client recruitment and strategic planning for growth. Previous roles also include Business Development Manager at Ontario Flower Growers Inc. and BloomAuction.com, where Brett played a crucial role in launching North America's first live online floral auction platform. Brett holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Ottawa, earned between 1991 and 1995.
