Joanna Kmiec

Joanna Kmiec, CHRL, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Loopio since October 2025, focusing on aligning the company's people strategy with its global scale and product innovation. Joanna also holds advisory roles at myStoria, PeopleTech Partners, and Raise The Bar, guiding tech start-ups and executive leaders in the People sector. As a board advisor for Transform's Toronto Chapter and a founding member of the Hacking HR Experts Council, Joanna contributes to shaping strategies that influence the future of work. Previously, Joanna served as Global SVP of People & Culture at Elastic Path and Global Vice President of People & Culture at Maropost, with extensive experience in developing and executing people strategies across high-growth organizations. Educational credentials include an Honours BSc from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate program in Human Resource Management from Humber College.
