Kailey Killoran serves as the Vice President of Account Management & Customer Success at Loopio since March 2021, following a progression of roles including Senior Director and Director positions related to Customer Success. Kailey's previous experience includes roles at Foodee as a Manager in Customer & Partner Success Teams and as a Manager for the Account Management Team. Additionally, Kailey contributed to Catalyst Software as a Customer Success Coach in an application-based program designed for aspiring Customer Success Leaders. Kailey began the professional journey in sales and business development at Merchant 1 Payments and gained academic experience as a Teaching Assistant and Summer Research Assistant at Western University. Kailey earned a Master's Degree in Political Theory and Canadian Politics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University.
