Steve Ulrich currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success for Strategic Accounts and Customer Solutions at Loopio, where notable achievements include developing the first seamless and scalable Customer Experience Journey for the Loopio for Salesforce® product and achieving significant quota attainment. In addition to customer success leadership, Steve co-chairs the Rainbow Spectrum LGBTQ employee resource group. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Customer Success at SoCast Digital, where Steve successfully scaled a customer base and maintained exceptional retention rates, and various positions in media and content coordination at Rogers Communications and Corus Entertainment. Steve has also been involved as a mentor with QueerTech and has received multiple company awards for organizational support and candor. Educational qualifications include diplomas in Television Broadcasting and Creative Advertising, a certificate in Google Analytics, and certification as an ERG Leader.
