Rupesh Babu Shrestha

Rupesh Babu Shrestha has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Trainee at Noble Computer Institute, where they learned Visual Basic 6.0 and other computer courses. In 2013, they began working as a Web Development Intern at neolinx, where they built various CMS websites using CodeIgniter framework, created Responsive web designs, and worked with Oauth, Paypal and other restful API. In 2014, they worked as a Data Cruncher at CloudFactory. In 2015, they became a Web Application Developer / Hybrid Mobile Apps Developer at Solution one Pvt. Ltd. In 2018, they began working as a Software Developer at 111iT, where they developed web applications and websites using Laravel, maintained web applications and sites in Digital Ocean and shared hosting, and converted PSD templates to HTML templates. In 2020, they joined Sydney Digital Group as a Software Engineer, where they improved system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures. Rupesh Babu also enhanced applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems, and maintained and improved existing codebases and performed peer code reviews. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer at Loopit.co (previously Blinker Subscription), where they work closely with the Product Managers, Technical Leads, and other engineers to propose and implement technical solutions that fulfil functional and non-functional requirements, as stipulated by user stories. Rupesh Babu also ensures the quality of technical solutions via unit tests and peer-to-peer code reviews, verifies extensibility, reusability, and maintainability with a strong emphasis on compliance to architecture, develops efficient and high-quality code while meeting product release deadlines, and reviews the requirements specifications and raises any clarifications required.

Rupesh Babu Shrestha completed their Bachelor's degree in Bsc. (Hons) in computing from Leeds Beckett University between 2013 and 2017. Rupesh Babu then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they have received two certifications from Codility, the Codility Golden Award for the Palladium 2020 Challenge in March 2020 and the Silver Award Vanadium 2016 in December 2016.
