Josh Lax

Josh Lax is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in leading global talent management initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President Global Talent at LoopMe since June 2025, Josh focuses on talent retention and management in North America. Prior to this role, Josh held positions such as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Best Buy, where collaboration with leadership was key to hiring for Sales and Marketing functions, and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at The Trade Desk, overseeing client-facing roles. Additionally, as Executive Director of GTM Search at Hunt Club, expertise in leveraging referrals and AI facilitated high-quality hires for startups and enterprises. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal at True Search, where the focus was on placing strategic talent in executive roles. Josh earned a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
