Kendal Steele

Kendal Steele is a Partner and Head of the Tax Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group at Loopstra Nixon LLP, where Kendal employs strategic approaches to resolve tax disputes. As a co-founder and Production Partner at The Little Park, Kendal develops and produces sports-related scripted and unscripted content. Previously, Kendal served as Of-Counsel at Rosen & Associates Tax Law, handling Canada Revenue Agency audits, and has held various legal roles including Senior Associate Lawyer and Associate Lawyer. Kendal owns Kendal Steele Professional Corporation, offering comprehensive tax and corporate legal services, particularly in the sports and entertainment sectors. Additionally, Kendal has contributed as a board member for the Canadian Sport Film Festival and has experience in legal intern roles focused on support for refugee claimants and legal education. Kendal holds a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours from Acadia University.
