Mark Lieberman

Mark Lieberman is a Partner at Loopstra Nixon LLP, where they focus on Creditors’ Rights, representing financial institutions and businesses in security enforcement and receivable collection. With expertise in enforcement litigation, particularly in vehicle and equipment finance, Mark advises on debt recovery issues under the Personal Property Security Act, the Repair and Storage Liens Act, and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Arts & Science from McMaster University and earned a Bachelor of Laws from McGill University, being called to the Bar in Ontario in 2000 and Alberta in 2017. Outside of work, Mark enjoys family time, sports, and planning annual baseball road trips.
