Michael Orlan

Michael Orlan is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Loopstra Nixon LLP since January 2025, Michael previously held the position of Corporate Associate at Blaney McMurtry LLP from November 2019 to January 2025. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at Dutton Brock LLP as both an Associate and Articling Student from June 2018 to October 2019, and briefly as a Summer Student at Rapley & Company, Barristers and Solicitors PC in May 2016. Michael holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western University and a degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) with a focus on Finance and Administration from The University of Western Ontario.
