Peter A. Saad

Peter A. Saad is the Managing Partner of Loopstra Nixon LLP since May 2021, where oversight of day-to-day management and strategic direction occurs alongside a six-member executive committee. As a corporate and commercial lawyer, Peter also serves as a Partner at the same firm, advising on mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate transactions, and corporate advisory matters. In addition to legal practice, Peter is a member of the YPO Great Lakes Chapter, a global leadership community for chief executives. Previous roles include Managing Principal at The Lanah Group and Principal at Saad Law P.C. Peter's legal career began as an Associate at A&O Shearman, following summer positions at Stikeman Elliott LLP and A&O Shearman. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and an MBA and H.B.Comm in Strategic Marketing from McMaster University.
